Since 1990, we have built, rehabilitated, or repaired over 1,000 houses in neighborhoods all across greater Los Angeles. Donna has overseen the development of more than 144 homes for low-income families in Northern Los Angeles communities including Burbank, Santa Clarita, Pacoima, and Sylmar. Eddie Lorin is also the co-founder of the 501C-3 non-profit HAPI Foundation, which was created to promote health and wellness in apartment communities. A major focus is restoring hydrology to over 3,000 acres of salt marsh to allow it to adapt to sea level rise and storm surge. This includes restoring the 3 impoundments (266 acres) to salt marsh habitat over time in order to prevent unplanned catastrophic breach. This planning project will produce designs for the restoration and enhancement of 12.7 acres of degraded wetland habitat along the Christina River in the Southbridge community.
